Our Mission:

To help abused women successfully and permanently leave their abusers.

We accomplish our mission by supporting other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that provide short and intermediate-term housing and related services (counseling, childcare, job assistance, etc.) to female victims of domestic abuse and their children.

We firmly believe all women need safe, consistent housing so they can successfully start over after leaving an abusive relationship.

However, most shelters for domestic abuse victims only offer housing assistance for a brief 60-90 day period.

Where can victims of domestic abuse and their children go next?

Without a decent job, sufficient money and good credit, many are unable to rent an apartment/house on their own.

As a result, they either become homeless or are forced to return to their abuser, often with dire consequences.

Your help, donations and support can help us end this senseless cycle!

Intermediate-term housing, also known as transitional or interim housing, is the critical missing link that can bridge the gap between emergency shelters and a permanent home. Intermediate-term housing (housing for one to three years) enables abused women to successfully and permanently leave their abusers.
